1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Rally, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions

Rally offers a 7-day free trial followed by optional paid plans:

• Rally+ — $2.99 one-time purchase (no recurring charges)
• Rally Pro Monthly — $3.99/month (auto-renews monthly)
• Rally Pro Annual — $29.99/year (auto-renews annually)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Red Static Studio a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the app. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or unrelated to the mission.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data from the Profile section of the app at any time.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, misuse, exploit, or interfere with Rally or its systems.

6. Disclaimer

Rally is provided "as is" without warranties. Red Static Studio is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Rally constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
